The villa comprises of over 1800 square foot which sleeps 8 people, providing ample room for all guests.
The villa offers:

Living Accommodation:- The villa has a large living area consisting of a living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Facilities include cable TV, stereo and FREE high speed internet connection (bring your laptop). The TV in the lounge has a playstation 2 connected to it (bring your games).
Telephone:- All calls from the villa by our guests are free of charge, they include local and international calls, throughout the United States, Canada & to the United Kingdom. (Excluding calls to mobile phones)
The fully fitted kitchen has a full cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, waste disposal unit and all utensils. A separate utility room houses the washer and dryer.
Sleeping Accommodation:- The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have a television. All bedrooms have ample cupboard space.
- Master suite 1: has a King Bed, en suite with shower, bath, his and hers wash basins, a walk in dressing room, television and direct access to the pool area.
- Master suite 2: Bedroom: has a Queen Bed, en suite bathroom.
- Two twin bedrooms: each with 2 Single beds with shared bathroom.
Bath and bed Linens are provided. There is a foldaway cot, highchair & pushchair (stroller) for guests use.
The Pool:- is South facing with a Lanai to provide shade. The patio area is equipped with quality pool furniture and sun loungers. Heating for the pool is available for an additional charge.
